About Algodoo

Algodoo is a 2D virtual microworld for computational thinking that allows students to arrange objects on a canvas and run their own math and physics simulations.  Algodoo is a product of Algoryx (Sweden).

About This Site

This site is designed to introduce teachers to Algodoo, provide them with step-by-step instructions on how to use Algodoo in their classroom, and provide examples of design challenges and learning prompts to be used in conjunction with the software.  It was developed by Amy Ahearn and Sarah Gonzaga as part of Professor Paulo Blikstein's class at Stanford University.
